What this policy covers

This policy covers the RodTechs website. The ventures in the portfolio run their own sites and their own products, each with its own policy — this one does not extend to them.

What we collect

The contact form collects a first name, a last name, an email address, a phone number, the interest you select, and an optional message.

When you arrive from a venture page or a specific call to action, the form also records which one, so the enquiry reaches the right team without you having to repeat yourself.

With your consent, the site also collects audience measurement data: pages viewed, language, and interactions such as call-to-action clicks and form submissions.

Why we use it

Contact details are used to answer your enquiry and to follow up on it. They are recorded in the studio's CRM so the conversation is not lost between people.

Audience measurement is used to understand which pages and ventures are of interest, and to improve the site.

Consent

Measurement scripts are loaded only after you accept them. Declining leaves the site fully functional — no measurement is loaded, and nothing is sent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the relationship they started remains relevant, and are removed on request.

Audience measurement follows the retention configured in the measurement tool, which is limited to what the analysis requires.

Your rights

You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, or withdraw consent for measurement at any time.
